The 2023 Parker Fielder Award for Outstanding Service and Achievement in Oil, Gas, and Energy Taxation awarded to Pete Lowy

Congratulations to Pete Lowy, tax controversy shareholder at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, and to his co-award recipient Doug O’Donnell, Deputy Commissioner of the IRS, on receiving the 2023 award for Outstanding Service and Achievement in Oil, Gas, and Energy Taxation, presented by the University of Texas School of Law. 

Pete has decades of experience advising and handling tax controversies for energy companies across the United States.  His work extends to tax audits, appeals and litigation for clients across most other sectors and types of federal and state taxes.
